After an early dinner, I psyched myself up and headed toward one of the vacant rooms.

Sounds of thumping footsteps and slaps of slippers answered me.

Yamada Cleaners – probably a dry cleaning place. クリーニング is literally ‘Cleaning’ and most likely a contracted word from ‘Dry Cleaning’

Matsumura Kiyomi – is probably Matsumura Kiyoshi – a popular drugstore chain in Japan

Satou’s Fresh Fish – probably some random fishmonger. Gumi would probably pick this one.
